Background

As the first generation had exhausted his ability to take the company towards growth and the next level, it was crucial to gear up the successor promptly to take up the reigns. The second-generation required mentoring & coaching to become the industry leader, operate with a business growth strategy mindset and systematic structure—appropriate organizational and financial decision-making.

After a careful assessment and brainstorming, challenges that were identified were on multiple fronts. It was an owner-driven company that lacked long-term vision and systematic financial management. The company suffered drastically on various fronts such as lack of market communication, inability to strategize perception, organizational vision, professional operations, unable to generate profitable sales, result-oriented team building, and talent management. In addition, their work culture had micro-management and an inability to retain the right talent.
